Kolkata has dressed up like a bride for the grand festival of Durga Puja. Amidst the festivities, adramatic turn of events unfolds as a fugitive business baron, Durgacharan Mahesh is being extraditedto India from Spain, transiting via Kolkata before reaching Mumbai.
