If you’ve ever felt like your head was in a fog or your breathing was struggling against city air, Kerala Ayurveda Anu Thailam is your daily ritual for a clearer mind and effortless breath. Your nasal passage is the primary gateway for the air that fuels your energy and focus. This expertly crafted oil features a traditional blend of Licorice, Indian Bael, and Jivanti in a nourishing base of sesame oil and goat’s milk. It works by deeply lubricating dry passages and helping to clear away environmental buildup and seasonal dust. By soothing the heaviness associated with pollution and dryness, it helps you reclaim that 'breath of fresh air' feeling, making it easier to stay sharp, balanced, and refreshed every single day.

How to Use
- Place Anu Thailam in a warm bowl of water. After a few minutes, take out the Thailam and check if it is sufficiently warm.
- Instill 1-2 drops of Thailam in each nostril while lying down, face up. When the medicine reaches your throat, spit out the excess mucus.
- Pre-Nasya guidelines:
- Nasya should be done on an empty stomach in the morning after brushing and evacuating your bowels, 30 minutes before bath.
- Gently massage your face and neck with a few drops of sesame oil, avoiding the eyes.
- Place a towel over a medium-hot pan until it’s slightly warm. Check the temperature and apply it over your face and neck, avoiding the eyes.
- Lie on your bed, extend your hands and legs, and keep a pillow under your head.
- Ensure there is not too much sunlight or wind entering the room. Place a container nearby to spit out excess mucus.
