- Sukshma Ela (Ellatoria Cardamomum) – Choti Elaichi, Green Cardamom
- Sthula Ela (Amomum Subulatum) – Badi Elaichi, Black Cardamom
- Tuskara (Boswelia Serrata) – Shallaki, Indian Frankincense
- Kushta (Saussurea Lappa) – Kuth, Costus / Kut root
- Phalini (Calicarpa Macrophylla) – Bastara, Priyangu, Beauty Berry
- Coconut oil(Cocos nucifera): Kopra
How to Use
- Take the required amount of Eladi Keram in a bowl. Warm it indirectly until it becomes lukewarm.
- Sit comfortably on a non-slippery surface and gently massage using slow, circular motions over the joints, applying firm strokes along the bones. Let your skin absorb the oil. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to an hour. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.
- Use as part of your daily skin moisturizing routine.
- For face: Take 2-4 ml of Eladi Keram and gently massage on your face and neck in upward circular motion.
- For body: Take 5-10 ml or as desired and massage it in a circular motion to allow a deep nourishing effect.
- The oil can be used for all skin types. Use daily or as recommended by your Ayurveda practitioner
- Note: Please be aware that Eladi Keram should not be applied if the skin has any cuts. If you are using it for the first time, we recommend doing a patch test to rule out any allergies. For external use only
