- Guda (Jaggery): Balances the Vata and Pitta Doshas. It is a blood purifier.
- Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa): Is an immunomodulator. Useful in the treatment of dysentery, bleeding problems, rheumatism, and pitta fevers. It boosts immunity.
- Haritaki (Terminalia chebula): Helps balance all three Doshas. Helps detoxify. Supports healing.
- Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica): Supports the Rasa and Mamsa Dhatus. Used in traditional medicine as an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.
- Amalaki (Emblica officinalis): The Indian gooseberry. Rich in Vitamin C. Used in Ayurvedic medicine as an anti-oxidant, immunomodulator, and anti-inflammatory.
