2 teaspoonful of Herbonic in a glass of milk or warm water should be mixed up and stirred well. Depending upon the consistency of milk required the quantity of Herbonic may be increased or decreased.

The residue settled at the bottom of the drink is nothing but particles of un dissolved badam and elaichi which may be taken.
