About the Author

Amrit Gupta retired from the I.A&A.S (Indian Audit & Accounts Service) in 2001. He has been a Kriya Yoga practitioner under the guidance of the Yogoda Satsanga Society of India founded by Sri Paramahansa Yogananda, for the last 30 years. The scientific, and spiritual practices opened up in him a new world of change and possibility that completely transformed his life. He enjoys reading, writing, painting, and helping people as far as possible.
