Origin: Madagascar Parts used: Flowers A beautiful star-shaped flower that grows on the Canaga tree, Ylang Ylang is known for its heady and aromatic scent which is fruity, flowery, and rich in equal measure. Its oil is extracted using steam distillation and is often used as a top note in many perfumes. Please do consult your dermatologist before applying onto your skin. Please note that its scent is poisonous to cats and dogs.
